Founder & Master Builder
Tom Graves, a Marin County native, was raised in a family where craftsmanship was a legacy. Mentored by his father and grandfather in the art of carpentry, Tom developed a deep respect for precision and quality.
His passion for artisanal construction led to the creation of Graves Construction, where his expertise and dedication to excellence have earned him a reputation for building homes of exceptional craftsmanship and timeless elegance.
A hands-on leader, Tom ensures that every project reflects the highest standards, fostering strong client relationships and creating homes built to last.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and embracing the beauty of the Bay Area with his friends and family.
